Payment Policy

We accept cash, cheques with valid bankers card, and credit/debit cards.
We do not offer a credit service and payment must be made at each appointment for the treatment undertaken.

Late cancellation/Missed appointments

If you are unable to attend any appointment that has been reserved for you, you must give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation for dentist appointments and 48 hours notice for hygienist appointments. Failure to attend for an appointment or late cancellation will incur a charge or lead to removal from the practice list

Violence or abusive behaviour will lead to removal from the practice list and will be reported to the police
