LATE CANCELLATION/MISSED APPOINTMENTS

If you are unable to attend any appointment that has been
reserved for you, you must give at least 24 hours notice of
cancellation for dentist appointments and 48 hours notice for
hygienist appointments.

Failure to attend for an appointment or late cancellation may
incur a charge or lead to removal from the practice list.

EMERGENCY SERVICES (for registered patients)

During working hours we will endeavour to see emergencies
on the same day. However this may not always be possible if
you call us late in the day. Please call before 10.00am to be
seen on the same day. For out of hours emergency, please
call the practice for the number of the on-call service.
(Non-registered patients will be seen on a private basis).

PRACTICE INFORMATION

Violence or abusive behaviour will lead to removal from the
practice list and will be reported to the police.

Whilst we will endeavour to book you with the dentist of your
choice, this may not always be possible.

This practice operates a complaints procedure as per GDS
guidelines. Further information available from reception.

Patient confidentiality is strictly respected in accordance with
the Data Protection Act.
